Shipping policy

All orders ship from San Ramon, California. Every unit is packed by hand with protective padding for the trip.

Processing time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within a few business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

United States

• Free Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more.
• For orders under $50, Economy and Standard rates are calculated by weight and shown at checkout.

International

We ship to selected countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, most of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland and Norway. International rates (USPS or DHL Express) are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Duties and taxes: international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a claim. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
