This website is operated by TPS-L2.com ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Vintage, one-of-a-kind products

We sell vintage and collectible audio equipment, most of it more than 40 years old. Each listing describes a specific, unique unit, including its serial number, cosmetic and functional grade, and photos of that unit. Vintage items show signs of age and use consistent with their grade. Grades reflect our good-faith assessment at the time of listing; see our grading guide for definitions.

Historical and collector information on our site (for example, about production variants and serial numbers) is provided for interest, based on our own research and the sources cited. It is not a guarantee of value or investment return.

Orders and availability

Because each item is unique, it can only be sold once. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it; the item is yours once your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by an error in pricing, description or availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

All original content on this site, including text, photographs and articles, belongs to TPS-L2.com and may not be copied without permission. Sony, Walkman and related names are trademarks of Sony Group Corporation; TPS-L2.com is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sony.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made while it is posted.
